Submit a Support Request

To create a support ticket:

1. Log in to your Zeal Admin Dashboard.

2. Click the Support button in the bottom-right corner.

3. Select the category that best matches your request:

   • KYC & End-User Approval

   • Payroll Migration

   • Payment Support

   • Tax Support

   • Update Contact Information

   • Other

4. Enter the email address where you’d like to receive updates.

5. Select the issue type from the dropdown menu.

6. Describe your issue and include any relevant details.

7. Click Send.

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Tips for Faster Resolution

Including the right information helps us resolve your request more quickly.

When submitting a ticket, include:

• The employer, employee, company, or user ID affected.

• A description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it.

• Screenshots or screen recordings for visual issues.

• API response bodies and error messages for API-related issues.

• Any other relevant context that may help our team investigate.

To help us process requests efficiently:

• Group related issues into a single support ticket.

• Avoid submitting duplicate requests.

• Let us know if your request involves sensitive data before sharing it.

View Your Support Tickets

You can view and manage existing support requests directly from the Zeal Admin Dashboard.

1. Navigate to Support Tickets.

   

2. If prompted, select Continue with SSO Login.

1. View all tickets you’ve submitted or been copied on, along with their current status.
