Test Mode

Zeal's Test Mode allows you to safely test payroll operations, integrations, and API functionality without affecting real data. This feature enables you to simulate Zeal products and validate configurations before running live onboarding, payments, etc.

 

Key Benefits of Test Mode

  • Risk-Free Testing: Experiment with payroll operations without impacting real worker data or funds.

  • API Simulation: Test API requests and responses in a sandbox environment.

  • Data Isolation: Test data remains separate from live data, preventing accidental updates.

  • Testing Worker Experiences: Test employees and contractors can be created and onboarded

How to Enable Test Mode

  1. Sign in to your Zeal dashboard.

  2. Toggle Test Mode to ON in your Partner Dashboard.

Similarly, you may use Test Keys in the API to test API functionality.

Limitations of Test Mode

  • Test Mode transactions do not result in real fund transfers.

  • Data from Test Mode does not transfer to the live environment.

  1. Sign in to your Zeal dashboard.

  2. Toggle Test Mode to ON in your Partner Dashboard.
