Reports

Zeal offers an array of reports for partners and employers to view payroll, employee, and contractor information. Many of these reports can be set for a chosen date range and is able to be downloaded as a PDF or CSV.

List of available reports via the Employer Dashboard

• Cash Requirements report: shows total debit needed for a check date. Gives breakdowns of the total employer and employee taxes, total net pays, and deductions. 

• Custom Payroll Journal report:  

• Payroll Journal report: shows a breakdown of wages and taxes by company and employee checks. This report can be pulled by date ranges and can be downloaded as either a PDF or CSV.

• Labor Allocation report: shows a 

• Paystub report: pulls the paystubs for a certain check date

• Worker Summary report: shows the list of values for employees including resident address, personal information, bank information, and employment status

• Payment Summary report: shows the all the payments made to contractors for a chosen date range

Reports can be accessed through the Reports page of the Company Dashboard.

Fill the information on the following page and then click Generate. A success alert will appear indicating that the browser will automatically download the report when it is ready in a few moments.

Please ensure pop-ups are enabled in the browser.
