Zeal's Tax Documents Page provides a centralized location to access, download, and manage tax filings for your company, employees, and contractors.
Zeal's Tax Documents Page is divided into three main tabs:
Company – Displays tax filings for payroll taxes, including withholding and unemployment taxes at both the federal and state levels.
Employee – Lists W-2 forms for employees, allowing easy access and downloading of individual tax documents.
Contractor – Provides 1099 forms for independent contractors
Company Tax Documents
This section includes payroll tax filings for different jurisdictions. The details available include:
Jurisdiction – Federal or state tax authority.
Tax Year – The tax year for the filing.
Quarter – The quarter associated with the tax filing.
Filing Type – Specifies the type of filing.
Filing Due Date – The deadline for tax submission.
Filing Status – Indicates whether the filing has been Filed or is Pending.
Download Option – Allows you to download the respective filing documents.
Employee Tax Documents (W-2s)
This section contains W-2 forms for employees. Key information displayed includes:
Jurisdiction – Typically Federal.
Tax Year – The tax year for the W-2.
Filing Type – W-2 for employees.
Employee Name – The name of the employee associated with the document.
Employee ID – A unique identifier for the employee.
Download Option – Allows downloading individual W-2s.
Additionally, a bulk download option is available to download all employee W-2s for the previous tax year.
Contractor Tax Documents (1099s)
This section contains 1099 forms for independent contractors. Key details include:
Jurisdiction – Typically Federal.
Tax Year – The tax year for the 1099.
Filing Type – 1099 for contractors.
Contractor Name – The name of the contractor associated with the document.
Contractor ID – A unique identifier for the contractor.
Download Option – Allows downloading individual 1099s
Additionally, a bulk download option is available to download all contractor 1099s for the previous tax year.
