As an alternative to ACH payments, Zeal offers downloadable checks for employees only. The download check feature is commonly used to pay underbanked employees. The check would have the net pay withdrawn from the employers bank account, Zeal will still collect employee and employer taxes and garnishments for this disbursement type.
