Accounts

Zeal offers different account types to cater to various roles within an organization and to workers. Zeal supports Partner and Company Members as well as Worker logins.
Worker Accounts
Worker accounts can be created for employees and contractors within a company. These accounts are set up and created during the Account Creation section of the worker onboarding process.
Account Access and Role Selection
Partner and Company members can log in through:
White-labeled domain of the Partner (https://payroll.<domain>.com)
Partner and Company members can log in through:
White-labeled domain of the Partner (https://payroll.<domain>.com)
Mobile App (if supported by Partner)
If a user (or identity) holds multiple roles under the same email address, they will encounter an account selection screen upon login. This allows them to choose which account or role they wish to access.
Exception:
White-labeled URLs & Mobile App Access: When accessing via a white-labeled URL or the Zeal mobile app, users will automatically be redirected to a single account/role related to the specific Partner, bypassing the selection screen.
Account Verification and Management
Email Verification:
Members: After a member is added, an email verification is sent to their inbox. The account becomes accessible only after the verification is complete.
Workers: Upon completing the account creation step during onboarding, workers receive a verification email. They must verify their email to access their account.
Changing Email Address:
If a user's email address is changed, an email verification is sent to the inbox of the new email address. The system will only update the email after successful verification.
Forgot Password:
The Forgot Password feature is available directly on the login page, allowing any user to reset their credentials easily and at any time.
