Instant Pay Flow
1. Setup: Ensure the worker has opted into Instant Pay by going through the Instant Pay Enrollment.
Enrollment can be completed as part of onboarding to Zeal, or independently with Create enrollment link.
The link can be generated in the Zeal dashboard, within a worker's profile you can Ask worker to update:

The link can be sent in one of two ways - via the link generated or by having Zeal email the worker to their email address on file.

2. Onboarding: The worker completes their Instant Pay Enrollment, which includes acknowledging/enrolling in Instant Pay and connecting their debit card. Upon successful enrollment, a virtual wallet is then created to store their Instant Pay funds.

3. Funding: When running payroll, you can select Instant Pay as the disbursement method for the worker to receive funds to their virtual wallet.

4. Transfer: At the time of processing, the funds move into the worker’s virtual wallet.
5. Access: Workers can then request to move their funds on their debit card, receiving it in near real-time—often within minutes.
